Responsibility For Providing Care and Supervision. No child(ren) shall be left without the supervision of a teacher at any time, except as specified in Sections 101216.2(e)(1) and 101230(c)(1). Supervision shall include visual observation. The requirement is not met as evidence by: Child touched another Per director, will train staff in care and supervision. Training is schedule on 8/30 & 8/31/22. Director will submit copy of training agenda and sign in sheet of all staff attended the training. Will submit by 9/2/22. child inappropriately. Incident occurred on the playground and staff were not aware. This poses an immediate risk of health and safety for children in care. 8
