This requirement is not met as evidence by: 1 Immediately, Director agrees to maintain teacher-child ratios. Director agrees to submit a written statement addressing how ratios will be maintained and will submit a copy to LPA by 11/1/21. Based on observation, the Director did not ensure all there were appropriate ratios being met as one staff was supervising 22 children, which poses an immediate Health, Safety, or Personal Rights risk to persons in care. 8
