(a) The child care center shall be clean, safe, sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors. This was not met by: 1 Virginia Becerra agrees to provide proof on or before May 2, 2024 of corrections made Virginia Becerra will submit pictures to LPA. LPA will also conduct a follow up visit to insure areas of concerns meet or exceed licensing requirements. Based on observation the licensee did not ensure that the outdoor play structure was safe and in good repair, the outdoor surface area was level and maintained, the restrooms were sanitary and in good repair at all times to ensure the safety and well-being of children, employees and visitors which poses a potential Health and/or Safety and/or, Personal Rights risk to persons in care. 8
