Based upon observation, interview, and records, the preschool age children were observed to be using the patio area for outdoor activites which is not a licensed area. 8
All toilets, handwashing and bathing facilities shall be maintained in safe and sanitary operating condition. Additional equipment, aids and/or conveniences shall be provided as needed in centers that serve children with physical disabilities. 1 Director will ensure the toddler bathroom is cleared, and operatable for for toddler bathroom use. Director will send pictures to LPA P. Ochoa by POC date. Based upon observation, interview, and records the toddler bathroom has not been used in a sanitary or operating condition as it has been used as storage. 8
