Based on observation, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above in that a storage room containing wood finish and cleaning supplies and kitchennet room containing carpenter ant and termites spray were observed to be unlocked and accesible to the children which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Faucets were re-tested on 1/5/23 & 1/27/23, passing with no Lead exccedence. Based on ispection, the licensee did not comply with the directive above, as that Sink faucet A,B,C,D,E, F & G tested with an Action Level Exceedance (ALE) of 276, 43.7, 87, 369, 108, 229, & 344 ppb.
