Based on interview disclosures from Witness confirm Staff #1 removed child #1 by grabbing child from the rib cage area. During interview with Child #1 disclosed Staff #1 grab child. Child #1 demonstrated how staff #1 grab child during interview child lifted shirt and pointed to a scar of two nail marks that were observed by LPA in the rib cage area of child #1’s body. This poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care. 8 In addition, Principal conducted all staff meeting on 05/01/23 to address handling of students a copy of the Agenda was given to LPA during this inspection in order to clear this citation.
