In addition, a written report containing the information specified in (d)(2) below shall be submitted to the Department within seven days following the occurrence of such event.(1) Events reported shall include the following:(C) Any unusual incident or child absence that threatens the physical or emotional health or safety of any child. This requirement was not being met as evidencee by: 1 Licensee states they will send the Unusual Incident Reports of those mentioned in this report, as well as any that may come up in the future. Based on the mentioned complaint investigation concluding that C1 had bitten several children in care, the incidents should have been reported to CCL. This is a potential health and safety and/or personal rights risk to children in care. 8
