Supervision shall include visual observation 1 The center will schedule an all staff training regarding supervision. The training will include a plan to ensure all children are supervised at all times, the names of attending staff and the agenda for the meeting. The center will submit the agenda and sign in sheet to LPA Mario Caro by POC date 10/02/25 This requirement was not met evidenced by: Based on interviews, the licensee did not comply with the section cited above when a child was found alone in the explorers preschool classroom which posed a potential risk to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care. 8
