The Bubbler was covered with plastic. The facility to submit a new water sample test result to CCL by the POC date of 4/17/2023. The Lead Sampling Report in Bubbler first draw (right room) have elevated lead above 5.5ppb. This poses a potential risk to the health, safety or personal rights of children in care.
