(a)The licensee shall provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the children's needs. Based on staff interview, Staff #1 admitted that Child #1 was having a tantrum that they probably could have stopped the child. 1 The Facility Representative stated that they will have a staff training on how to deal with challenging behaviors during transitions. The Facility Reprsentative will provide LPA Dunlap a copy of sign in sheet and agenda on or before May 1, 2026. They failed to stopped Child #1, therefore resulting in Child #1, injuring themselves, did not provide care and supervision as necessary to meet the needs of a child which poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care. 8
