The Director stated that she will conduct in person staff meeting regarding supervision. phones while being outside with the children during outdoor play time. This is a potential risk to children in care.

Teacher-child ratios were observed not to be in accordance with Title 22 regulations.which poses an immediate health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.

Based on LPA observation on 6/9/22 at 2:10 a child was coming out from the restroom from 51B1/51B2 were there were a total of 18 children with 1 staff, LPA observed an additional door in the restroom leading to the outside yard. Child was not observed to be under visual supervision from a teacher poses a potential health, safety or personal rights risk to persons in care.
