Based on the Facility’s UIR and interviews from Area Director, Site Supervisor and Staff (S2 & S3), Staff (S1) have been observed to handle daycare children in a rough manner and has yelled inappropriate comments towards the daycare children; this poses an immediate health and safety risk to children in care.
