Facility will submit proof of training for preventing children from biting other children and to ensure staff are constantly present for children known to have a tendency to bite others to CCLD by 8/7/2026. C1 had multiple instances of biting other children as indicated on "ouch reports" and had bitten C2 at least twice before filing of complaint. Video evidence showed C1 bite C2 while teacher was not immediately present to intervene on 7/14/2026.
