On 03/17/2025, during the renewal inspection, the plan identifying the means of transporting a child to emergency care and staffing provisions in the event of an emergency were not posted in the childcare space.
A wooden climbing train observed in the outdoor play space was covered with chipped and peeling paint posing a hazard to children using that space.
