A renewal inspection was conducted at the facility on 3/5/26. Upon arrival at approximately 7:45 AM, only 1 facility person was present with 5 children in care. A second staff person arrived at approximately 8:25 AM.

Staff Person #1 was the only facility person present at time of inspection on March 13, 2025. Three children were present at time of arrival and two additional children arrived during the course of the inspection.

The facility did not have their pick up and drop off procedures posted in a conspicuous location.
