At the time of the inspection, Staff 1 was missing their required Child Abuse Clearance and their FBI clearance and was in a classroom working with children and counted in the ratio.
During renewal inspection certification rep observed chip paint in the one-year-old farm room to the right-side of the door entrance and in the preschool downtown room left side to the second sink of the classroom.
At the time of inspection, there was an open cabinet with a large bottle of glue which did not have a cap on a lower shelf within the reach of children.
The water temperature, at the sink in the infant room, when measured with a thermometer at the time of inspection was 127 degrees.
