On 12-3-2024 Staff person # 1 was outside in the play area with her assigned group of three children. While transitioning back into the building, A/P did not grab the hand of one child, and he walked off in the opposite direction toward the main road at the front of the childcare center. The child was found by police on the road outside of the center. Staff were unaware that child was missing.
