The operational policies do not include the cirteria for determining when extreme weather conditions pose a significant health risk that prohibits or limits outdoor play. The operational policies also need to expand on the suspension and expulsion policies.
The outdoor play area for the children had hazards such as rocks, bricks, and tree debris that need to be cleared out. Note: Photos were taken.
