The operation did not have children wash hands before snack was given. This was corrected at inspection by having children wash hands and Child Care Regulation talked to the operation about when are the appropriate time for a child to wash their hands.
While reviewing records it was found that an enrolled child who was present at the operation did not have parent signatures on file for the parent handbook notification. The director stated that she had no notification of the forms.
It was found that a TV was sitting on a step on the stage unanchored with wires hanging out. This was corrected when the director removed the tv from the stairs.
Anesepthic solutions that were in the first aid kit had the expiration date of 11/2020. This was corrected at the inspection when the site director disposed of the expired wipes.
