There was documentation to review that a fire drill was conducted April 2026.
The children belonging were not stored which allows a child to easily recognize and retrieve their belongings. All of the children belonging were placed on floor together.
There was 33 children being supervised by one caregiver. The specified age group was 7 years old.
The caregiver did not interverne when children was running around the gym, jumping on each other's back and jumping on the tables to ensure the safety of the children.
An employee hired on February 2020 did not have a CPR/First Aid certificate available for review.
