At the time of inspection a caregiver was observed supervising 2 inidvidual classrooms at the same time during naptime. Additionally, the caregiver left both groups unsupervised to answer the door at the center at arrival. Another caregiver arrived approximately 20 minutes later to provide coverage for one of the classrooms.
