A caregiver was present in the classroom who did not have an eligible background check. The caregiver left during the inspection.

There were bottles of bleach stored on a low shelf in the restroom that is accessible to children. The bleach was moved to an inaccessible area during the inspection.

There is a large room that includes two groups of children, but the area is not fully divided in a way that keeps children from mixing together. Toddlers also have to walk through infant space to get to the restroom and changing area.

There is a nail protruding two inches out of wood surrounding the swing set on the palyground used by the school age children.
