While speaking to the director about field trips, it was determined that the staff does not wear easily identifiable items. This was corrected at inspection when I spoke to the director about the necessary identification the staff needs.
One caregiver did not have a high school diploma or proof of a high school equivalent.
It was found that 6 of 16 employees were lacking the 24 hours of required annual training. This was marked in compliance after review of current trainings.
