Storage room with cleaning supplies were accessible to children as the door was not locked. This was corrected at inspection when the owner placed a child proof lock on the door.

Disinfectant spray and sanitizer was found at reach of children.

Preschool and toddler classrooms were noted having extension cords within reach of children.
