The staff did not use good judgment when she received permission from a parent to purchase a certain item to bring for the class to eat. The staff did not double check the ingredients to make sure there was nothing in it that the child was allergic too.
The operation forgot to notify Licensing about a positive COVID case within the 2 days allowed. This was corrected when the director remembered after 10 days and reported it.
