During the walk through it was found that the operation moved the infant classroom from the back of the building to the front of the building without notifying CCR and amending the permit.

While doing a walkthrough, 2 children were observed sitting in a bucket table not strapped in. This was corrected when CCR asked the caregiver to place the children in a chair with a strap and buckle them in.
