An additional caregiver walked into the ratio into compliance. The infant classroom was out of child/caregiver ratio. One caregiver was observed supervising 6 children with ages ranging from 6 months to 18 months. The maximum number of children based on the ages present was 4 children.
Two stationary spinning playground equipment were observed to not have 6ft all around of use zone.
