First Aid kit was missing first aid emergency guide.

LAst Sasnitation inspection was conducted on 09/19/2024.

Thee was not enough loose fill surfacinf material where the swings are located.

The last fire inspection was conducted on 03/12/2024.

One caregiver was present without a completed background check. This was corrected at inspection when the director had the caregiver leave.

Of four staff files reviewed, four were missing proof of training in emergency preparedness, administering medication, food allergies, and hazardous material. One was missing proof of training in SIDS, shaken baby, and early brain development.

The playground did not have the required amount of loose fill.

The emergency drill form was not being filled out each month. There was no fire drill documented for January. There was one for February. The smoke detector and CO2 detector tests were being done but not documented.

The first aid kit contained expired items. This was corrected at inspection when the expired items were removed and thrown away.

During the inspection 8 staff files were reviewed, and each staff member only had 4 hours of annual training completed.

The operation did not have a current fire inspection.
