Infants were observed lying in cribs while holding their own bottles and feeding themselves. One infant younger than 12 months was observed lying on a Boppy pillow inside the crib while holding a bottle and feeding himself.
Children in a toddler room were observed sitting in a table seat not strapped in and sitting in a chair with out a strap.
Caregiver did not wash a child's hands after diapering. This was corrected during the inspection, child's hands were washed when brought to caregiver's attention.
Two children were observed asleep in swings.
Operation has not been allowing ECI to properly provide services.
