During the inspection a video was being played on a television in the infant classroom in which all children were under 24 months of age. This was corrected during the inspection when the video wa turned off.
During the inspection the diaper changing sink was not located near the diaper changing area. This was corrected during the inspection when the diaper changing area was relocated to an area which is near the hand washing sink.
During the inspection there was no sign in and sign out sheet for the infant class available for review.
In the infant classroom a 2 month old infant was in the classroom with a 23 month old child.
During the inspection two infants were observed napping in play yards which had sheets which were not snugly fitted. This was corrected during the inspection when all sheets were removed from the play yards.
During the inspection the operation wsa caring for infants. The operation is currently licenced to care for children ages 18 months- school age.
There is a play structure installed on the playground that has swings attached to the composite structure.
