The last documented fire drill occurred on 9-1-22. This deficiency was corrected during the inspection by conducting a fire drill. The fire drill was completed in 1 minute and 15 seconds, placing the operation back into compliance.
During the inspection a 3 month old infant was observed sleeping in a bouncer. This was immediately corrected by removing the infant from the bouncer and relocating the infant to the Playyard.
The last inspection conducted by CCR was not posted and available for review.
3 of the 5 classrooms were too dark during nap time. This was immediately corrected by allowing natural light inside the classrooms.
The playground maintenance checklist was not available to review during the inspection.
5 of the 10 children records surveyed were missing health statements. 3 of the 10 children records were missing immunization records. One record evaluated was missing permission to be transported from the bus to the operation. Another file was missing the signed acknowledgment by the parents for the enrollment form.
