Play yards were supplimented with a secondary mattress. Note: The Play yards were removed from the classroom and were no longer being used.
One play yard had a whole in the mesh siding. Note: The play yards were not being used and were removed from the classroom.
Caregivers were using hand sanitizer after diaper changes instead of soap and running water.
Even though the director is consistantly present they are not clocking in or out to prove that they are regularly present.
The cribs in the infant classroom were to close together. Photos were taken of all the cribs. This was corrected at inspection when the cribs weere pulled apart and the playyards were removed.
Six infant feeding sheets were not updated within the 30-day requirements.
In the infant classroom I observed three 9 month old infants sleeping in the play yard with a blanket and or animal in the play yards. One infant also was asleep in a bouncer inside the play yard. The caregiver removed the blankets and the bouncer from the play yard. A photos was taken.
One infant caregiver was caring for 5 infants ages 6 months, 9 months, 9 months, 9 months, and 15 months. The specified age group is 0-11 months. The caregiver was over ratio for infants by caring for 1. Another caregiver came in the classroom.
