While reviewing children's files, 3 of the 10 files did not have a complete emergency contact listed.

While reviewing documentation for the HASA, it was observed the operation has not conducted a fire drill since May of 2025. The operation conducted a fire drill before the end of the inspection.

The infant feeding instructions for 2 infants not yet ready for table food have not been updated since August 2024.

While reviewing the operational policies, the parent's rights information was not present.

This standard was reviewed during an investigation and found deficient.

Ten children records were reviewed and two records did not have current immunization records for the children.

Ten children records were reviewed and seven of the records did not have the doctor information of who had examined the child within the last year or was not signed by the parent.

Ten children records were reviewed and one record was missing the physican or hospital information for the child if they were to become ill or have an emergency at the school.

During inspection, three staff records were reviewed. Three staff records were missing educational qualifications for employment.
