The children's product certification has not been completed. This was corrected at the inspection when the director signed up and filled the form.

While reviewing the operational policy, the parent's rights information was not in it and there was not an acknowledgment that the parents had received the information. This was corrected when the operation added the information to the handbook and sent it out via BrightWheel.

While reviewing children's files, 5 children did not have a health care statement from a health care professional.

While observing diaper changes in a classroom, the caregiver did not ensure that the child's hands was washed after the diaper change. This was corrected when the caregiver washed the child's hands after being asked by CCR.

One class was observed utilizing screen time not related to the educational goals of the day.

During inspection, one caregiver was observed on a personal device unrelated to childcare while supervising children.

During HASA inspection, personnel training records were unavailable for review.

11/8/21 - At the follow-up inspection the loose-fill does not measure 6 inches at the slide exits or swings. During the inspection the loose-fill was measured and did not meet 6 inches at the slide exits.
