During the inspection it was observed that there were two individuals present at the operation, with direct access to the children, before the operation had received notification from the CBCU that the subjects of a background checks were eligible to be present. Caregivers left operation while Child Care Regulation was present.
A review of the Employees Who Left Employment in 2022 Survey data from January 25, 2021, revealed that the center had not reported the number of employees who left employment in 2022 by January 15, 2023, as required.
Two caregivers did not have training in pediatric first aid with rescue breathing and choking.
The operation was lacking a current fire inspection.
