An infant child who is not yet ready for table food was missing infant feeding instructions signed by the parent. Although the operation has written instructions for the child, these are not signed by the parent.
During inspection, during nap time, in the 2-3 year old classroom, a working, red colored centrifugal air mover/floor fan was observed placed over another electric fan unit without being properly mounted/anchored. The unit was within children's reach and presented a tip over hazard. A child was observed napping next to the unit. Photos taken.
