2 classroom did not have working battery-powered lighting (flash lights) at the time of inspection. NOTE: CORRECTED AT INSPECTION working flashed were purchased and placed in classrooms.
A caregiver did not wash her hands between diaper changes. She did wear gloves and discarded them between changes.
