The fire extinguishers were observed to not be within the proper fill level and were observed to have last been serviced in October of 2024,
There were to toys with broken pieces and a picnic table with cracks observed on the playground. The operation removed the toys during the inspection and the children will not have access to the playground with the cracked table. The table will be removed on 10/10/25 when the operation is closed.

During the investigation inspection it was observed that the boys bathroom in the pre k classroom had dried urine on and around it. This was corrected at inspection after it was cleaned.
During the investigation inspection a caregiver wiped the noses of children and did not wash their hands until asked by Child Care Regulation to. Caregiver washed her hands after asked to.
An incident occurred where a child was hit and yelled at by a caregiver. This incident was caught on camera and the caregiver was fired.
