The caregiver demonstrated poor judgment by attempting to carry two infants simultaneously while using a plastic box to prop open a door. This created a tripping hazard, causing the caregiver to slip and drop one of the children resulting in an injury.
During the walkthrough it was observed that three infants ages (10m,11m,and 14m) fell alseep in a resctivie device and was not moved as soon as they feel asleep.
During the walk through it was found that the 12 to 17 month classroom is out of ratio by four children as there was nine children to one caregiver.
When reviewing records, it was found that the two caregivers did not have their education qualifications on the file.
During the inspection it was found that the operation staff did not have documentation to show approval to operate upstairs. Note: The school age room is upstairs.
