During the inspection, it was discovered the assigned site director was no longer working at the operation, and the program did not notify CCR within the required time frame. There is also a new site director and the operation did not notify CCR.
It was determined a caregiver did not know which children they were responsible and did not accurately count all children in their combined group, resulting in two children being left outside on the playground.
An expired allergy episode from 2021 was stored for a child with an allergy.
The operation did not have a list of children with food allergies posted. This was corrected during the inspection when the operation wrote a list and posted it to their board.
The drill log had not been completed when I arrived for the follow up inspection. This was corrected at inspection when the Site Director completed the form with the date of the last fire drill.
