The operation had splash day last week and water hoses were still out on the playground and put up during inspection.

A staff member picked a child up by the hand and they resisted to walk so they picked them up by the arm. This incident resulted in the child receiving Nurse Maids Elbow.

Two classes under the age of two had tablets in their room with an educational program playing. The tablets were turned away from the children during the inspection so they could only hear the music.

Parents were not notified of a COVID case within the operation.

A staff member failed to use good judgment when they tied a child to a chair with their jacket. The child was having a difficult time sitting down to complete an activity.
