The log must be created within seven (7) days of the corrective action's start date. The log will also include all required inspection due dates (fire, health, gas, etc.) and safety drills. All safety drills (lockdown, severe weather) and required inspections will be scheduled/or confirmed a minimum of one month before their noted due dates. The log must be reviewed, updated, and initialed within the first week of every month. The log must be available to Child Care Licensing upon request.
