During the inspection a child s eyedrops were observed in a classroom refrigerator with food present. This was corrected during the inspection when staff removed the eyedrops.

During the investigation, it was found that caregivers failed to intervene after observing a group of children playing with jump ropes, resulting in children placing jump ropes around their own and other children’s necks.
