During the inspection it was determined a child was left unsupervised in the classroom. The video footage was reviewed. Interviews were conducted.
During the inspection, the caregivers and staff stated the child was found in a classroom unsupervised. The video was obtained, reviewed and the child was observed leaving the gym alone and walking inside a classroom.
During the inspection, the video was reviewed and the child was left in the restroom unattended when the children left to go outside.
During the inspection, I observed on the video footage a caregiver swat a child on the head which resulted in an injury on the head from the table.
The operation was cited for supervision after my interviews and information provided that confirm the child was left unsupervised.
The operation did not provide alternative activity for the children who do not wanted to go sleep during naptime while they were in care.
