Two screws have broken from the plastic and poses a pinch hazard, and one screw protrudes up and is a pinch hazard. Additionally, the older children playground has a metal post protruding from the ground and is a trip hazard. This was corrected at inspection with the slide removed and the metal post was pulled up and removed.
