There was a nail sticking out of the fence which was a hazard. It was at eye level for a child, who if pushed would have injured the eye or could have ppunctured the back of a child's head. (NOTE: Removed while inspector was present.) Thee were several Lil Tykes play toys that were showing sign of wear by the sun and would potentially leading to more cracks or breaks. Tricycles were needed to be repainted as the paint was starting to peel exposing rust.
