During the inspection 6 staff records were reviewed and 5 were missing the required hours and missing required topics.
During the inspection the director's annual training was reviewed. 30 hours of annual training could not be verified.
The Operational Policy was reviewed and found to be missing the Water Activity and Field Trip policy.
Screen time was observed and the a three's classroom was watching Encanto.
During the inspection 6 staff records were reviewed and all 6 were missing the hands on training for CPR/First Aid.
During the inspection multiple spots of chipping paint and drywall exposed were seen in the building.
During the inspection a power strip was observed in reach of children without the outlets covered.
The operation did not complete the employees who left survey by the required date for 2022.
During the inspection I observed a bathroom that children use with a trash can without a lid. The trash can had a used diaper and was accessible to the children.
During the inspection the window sill was observed in the 3 year old room and paint was observed to be chipping.
During the inspection 3 televisions were observed to not be anchored properly.
During the inspection a collection of water was observed on the playground. The water was over 6 inches and children were present. This was corrected at inspection when the operation dumped out the water.
