The operation Designee completed a check of the play area in detail and documented the findings during the inspection.
The operation did not have a log verifying that the carbon monoxide detector is being checked monthly. The Director purchased a battery operated detector that can be monitored monthly, and ran a test and logged the test on a form during the inspection.
One infant did not have a current feeding instruction document in the classroom signed by the parent for the month of September 2024.
Based on the information obtained, it was determined that a child was being left in restrictive devices for longer than the 15 minutes allowed.
The operation failed to report the number of employees left in 2023 by the deadline of 1/15/24.
