All children reported that a caregiver pinched them and all parents I spoke with reported talking with their children about the teacher pinching them.
A child was left in the classroom while her classmates went outside for snack and playtime.
The director did not have training in three areas. She needed training on medication administration, allergy emergencies, and emergency preparedness.
Facility failed to notify Child Care Regulations when a child was hurt while in care on 6/9/2023 and required medical attention.
Two caregivers were missing training on one or more of the required annual training topics.
The operational policy handbook was missing a full emergency preparedness plan. The handbook was also missing a section on the promotion of indoor and outdoor physical activity.
