Evidence supports through a photograph that an infant younger than 12 months of age was in a crib with a blanket. The infant was napping.
This standard was evaluated regarding a self-report received and found to be deficient. An infant was left unsupervised on the playground. Caregivers retrieved the infant from the playground. No injuries were received.
The cubbies in the classrooms have not been labeled with the child's name, photograph or other identifiable item.
